Relevant requests must be sent in writing to the legal address of PSE Industrial Plants through a notary public. Requests to be sent to the e-mail address must be submitted to the registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or the electronic mail address of the requester registered with PSE Industrial Plants, or to info@pse-cons.com.
In order for the submitted applications to be considered valid, the request must be made in Turkish language and must be written in a clear manner that can be understood without hesitation, and relevant documents, the identity and address information of the requester must be attached to / included within the application. For requests made on behalf of others, in addition to the above information it is obligatory to include the identity and address information of the representer, as well as the legal documents showing that she/he is authorized to represent the requester for this specific request.
Applications to be filed in this context will be concluded in the shortest time frame possible, but not later than 90 (ninety) days after the receipt of the application. In the event of incomplete/inadequate information/documents has been received to assess a conclusion or the required transactions fee has not been paid by the requester, said period shall commence as of the date on which such deficient information/documents are fully communicated and/or the transaction fee is paid. These applications are currently free of charge. However, if the transactions require PSE Industrial Plants to bear a cost, the minimum fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board or the amount corresponding to all expenses documented shall be collected at the application date or before the completion of the transactions. Responses can either be sent in writing to the requester's address by mail or can be forwarded to the e-mail address of the requester depending on PSE Industrial Plants' preference.
The Personal Data owner hereby accepts that she/he may not be able to fully benefit from the operation of the Site, in case she/he files a request that will result in the inability to use any of her/his Personal Data by PSE Industrial Plants, and she/he accepts and declares that she/he will be responsible for any consequences arising in this context.
